The Fairytale Adventures of Tom Wolfby  Pelham Mead III
Tom Wolf is thrown into the Bedlam Mental hospital in the early 1800s in London, England for being drunk. He tells the doctors that is is a wolf and they laugh at him. He then tells stories of three pigs whom he sold houses to and a young girl named Red Riding Hood and finally a Russian named Peter. The doctors punish Tom each time.
