Andalucia Film Commission
Andalucia Film Commission is a nonprofit institution that aims to promote Andalusia as a place of shooting and supports companies and professionals of the audiovisual industry in the logistics of their productions.
Since its inception in 1998, Andalucia Film Commission reports on possible locations in Andalusia and coordinates the audiovisual industry and production companies with the government, performing a work aimed at attracting tourism and therefore creating a beneficial economic impact in the Andalusian region.
It also has signed agreements with public and private institutions from different provinces of Andalusia to create the Film Cities Network, providing the best coverage of audiovisual production needs throughout Andalusia.

Balearic Islands Film Commission
The Illes Balears Film Commission is a services office created by the government of the Balearic Islands with the primary aim of providing national and international production companies with all the information they might need to film or shoot anywhere in the Balearic Islands.
Bilbao Bizkaia Film Commission
Bilbao Bizkaia Film Commission is a public service with the remit to facilitate and expedite all those audiovisual productions that choose the city of Bilbao or the province of Bizkaia as the locations for their projects.
Catalunya Film Commission
15% TAX REBATE FOR INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS
Foreign film and TV productions can access a 15% tax rebate on their eligible spend in mainland Spain (up to 35% in the Canary Islands) if the production does not qualify as Spanish, there is a minimum eligible spend of 1M euros in Spain and the foreign production company hires the services of a Spanish production company which will collect the rebate from the Spanish Tax Authorities.
The production can claim up to to 2,5 million euros in tax rebate, calculated as the 15% of the total eligible spend in Spain

Gran Canaria Film Commission
The Canary Islands have one of Europe's most attractive tax incentives for film and audiovisual production. With a special tax system of their own, validated by Spanish national and EU regulations, the Canary Islands offer the following advantages to film production:
- International films with production services made in Gran Canaria could apply for a tax rebate calculated as the 35% of the eligible costs spent in Canary islands, subject to a limit of 4,500,000 euros for production.
- For Spanish films or Spanish coproductions, the tax regulation allows a transferrable tax credit (tax shelter model) to Spanish companies of up to 40% for the first million euros invested in the production, and the 38% of the remaining amount invested, subject to a maximum deduction of 5,400,000 euros for film.
- The Low tax regime namely the "Zona Especial Canaria" (ZEC - Canary Islands Special Zone), authorised by the European Commission, allows companies to pay a corporate tax rate of 4%, one of the lowest in Europe.

Santiago de Compostela Film Commission
Film Commission for the city of Santiago de Compostela, capital of Galicia, region in the North West of Spain. Santiago de Compostela Film Commission is a non-profit audiovisual promotion office created as a public service in 2002 by Santiago de Compostela City Council, on which it is dependent. Its main objective is promoting the city by stimulating the image culture, as well as boosting and consolidating the film and audiovisual industry and all of its related services.
Its basic functions are:
-facilitating relations between audiovisual production companies and the industry's services and facilities in the city, providing all kinds of advice and information in this regard

Spain Film Commission
Spain Film Commission is a non-profit association integrated by an extensive network of Film Commission / Film Offices spread over the Spanish territory. The Commission is a founding member of the European Film Commission Network (EUFCN) and works in collaboration with Spanish Audiovisual, Trade and Tourism Institutions.
SFC offers producers free services and assistance for shooting all kinds of audiovisual works in our territories, attending their requests in coordination with the network of offices.
It offers advise in financing, location scouting, and administrative services of all kind.
Tenerife Film Commission
35% Tax Rebate for foreign productions shot in Tenerife & the Canary Islands.
The Tenerife Film Commission is a department of the SPET- Tenerife Tourism Corporation, created in the year 2000 to promote audiovisual productions on the island by producers from Tenerife and abroad.
Valencia Film Office
In Spain, there is a 15% tax reduction for international productions taking place in Spain (some exceptions) provided that the budget invested in Spain is at least one million euros. You can find the law on tax incentives and the conditions here and here information in English.
On a regional level, the Valencian Community has a budget for film funding thanks to CulturArts (applicable to feature-length films, short films, animation, drama and digital platforms) if production is taking place in the region, if the film is being co-produced by a local producer and if Valencians are being employed. All the terms can be found at www.culturartsgeneralitat.es.
In the City of Valencia, the City Council exempts producers from fees for occupying public spaces if their films highlight the cultural heritage of the city.
