To escape the violent streets of Baltimore, two young boys take refuge in a vast, overgrown cemetery. The boys make contact with the ghost of John Woodson, who claims to be imprisoned in the cemetery. However, after they free him, they discover he is more terrifying than anything on the mean streets.
