Industry Pro Qualifications

We have an extensive network of vetted Industry Professional members.

The criteria we use in deciding whether or not a person should be allowed access to writers’ scripts include: industry references, credits, resources and the individual’s potential to get a film produced.

Examples of companies and individuals that would have access to writers’ scripts include : executives working for studios, networks and cable TV, producers, production companies, agents, managers, established directors and actors, companies with no produced credits that have provided proof that they have the funds and/or ability to make a film, production companies with credits in foreign countries, etc. We give access to a variety of qualified Industry Professionals from independent producers to studio executives. You can find many of these companies on www.IMDb.com.

Ultimately, we ask ourselves, if we were writers, would we want to submit one of our scripts to this Industry Professional? As a result of this question, we can tell you that there have been individuals listed in the various directories and online databases with verified credits to whom we’ve denied membership. Many of these directories paint an incomplete, misleading or false picture of that individual’s potential to get a film or television show produced. InkTip is able to and insists upon checking references, credits and potential.
