Jen Grisanti worked for over a decade as a Current Programs Executive at CBS/Paramount
and Spelling Television Inc. Aaron Spelling was her mentor for 12 ½
years and she worked on all of the Current shows for Spelling, including 90210,
MELROSE PLACE, CHARMED, SEVENTH HEAVEN and SUMMERLAND. Jen then went on to
work at CBS/Paramount and covered the shows MEDIUM, NUMBERS, THE 4400, NCIS
and GIRLFRIENDS. Jen staffed, advised and guided the writers and directors
on the primetime shows she covered. She opened her own business, applying
her knowledge and experience of the creative process to help writers and directors
move to the next step in their careers.
CONSULTATION PROCESS
I meet with television and feature writers for a free consultation. I listen
to what their needs are. I then design between two and five proposals ranging
in cost and value to fit those needs.
Feature Consultation - $450.00
This includes two in-person meetings, written development notes and reading
multiple drafts.
One Hour Television Pilot Script - $350.00
This includes two in-person meetings, written development notes and working
with the writer from concept through the script. (This includes reading
the outline, the future storylines, etc.)
One Hour Television Spec or Two Half Hour Scripts - $300.00
This includes two in-person meetings, written development notes and reading
multiple drafts.
Value can be increased from these baseline fees and services in a number
of ways: by adding a greater number of meetings, setting up practice-pitch
sessions, strategizing on career next steps, assisting clients in securing
representation, and submitting material to producers, etc.

2. E-mail your script as a Final Draft or PDF attachment to jennifer@jengrisanticonsultancy.com.
3. I conduct most of my meetings at Dr. Tea's on Melrose or Mani's Bakery
on Fairfax.
4. Make sure to have a copy of your script at the time of the meeting to
take notes. If you have a service that includes written notes, I will send
you them after the meeting.
